Contact

One address does everything: [email protected]. It reaches me directly, no ticketing system, no support team, just Luca reading the inbox. There's no phone number and no contact form, and nothing is ever sent from or received at an @googlymaps.net address. If a message claims to be from one, it isn't from me.

Before you email: two things are faster in the app

Reporting a pin. Every pin has a Report button on its detail page. No account needed, no login, just a tap and a reason. It reaches the same review queue an email would, but it gets there without the round trip of me having to go find the pin myself from a description.

Appealing a rejected photo. If your own submission was turned down, appeal from inside the app rather than by email; it keeps the photo, the reason, and your response attached to the same case, which is the fastest way for me to actually reconsider it.

What email is for

What to expect

This is a one-person project, not a company with a support roster, so please don't expect a reply in an hour. I read every email and I aim to get back to you within a week, usually well inside it. Reports and appeals sent through the app follow the same timeline the app itself promises you, which is also about a week. If something is genuinely urgent, urgent to safety rather than urgent to you, say so plainly in the first line and it will get looked at first.
